What pets do you take and what is the cost?
A maximum of 2 pets below the knee are allowed per apartment. We ask for an initial $250 non refundable pet deposit for 1 pet and a $500 non refundable pet deposit for 2 pets. Residents must also pay $25 per month for 1 pet, and $50 per month for 2 pets.
What is your application fee? Are there any hidden management fees taken from the deposit?
A cash application fee of $50.00 is required with application. Our security deposits are only used for any damage there might be at the time of the move out inspections.
What utilities do I pay?
We do not have boiler/chillers or "shared" utility billing. Residents pay their own individually metered gas and electric.
Residents pay a monthly flat fee for water.
